Booking & Cancellation Policy:
Customers are encouraged to arrive punctually for their appointments to allow for completion of necessary forms. Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or appointment cancellation. While every effort will be made to adhere to appointment schedules, in the event of short-notice cancellations or rescheduling, we will make every attempt to notify you promptly.

A fee will be charged for missed appointments. This cancellation policy is implemented as a courtesy to both our therapists and other clients. Please note that deposits, treatments and courses are non-refundable.

Treatment Suitability:
Before any treatment, all clients will undergo a consultation to determine its suitability. If a treatment is deemed unsuitable, clients will be informed of the reasons. We reserve the right to decline treatment if it is not in the client’s best interests.

Clients on medication or with medical conditions must consult their own physicians to confirm suitability for booked treatments. Clients must be at least 18 years old for aesthetic treatments in our clinic.

Treatment Expectations:
We employ best practices and current techniques to ensure optimal outcomes for our clients. However, due to the nature of non-surgical and non-invasive treatments, precise results cannot be guaranteed. Results vary based on factors such as lifestyle, medical history, and age. Clients should understand that actual outcomes may differ from expectations, and results are not guaranteed.

Consent:
Clients are required to provide written consent for treatments. Consent can be withdrawn at any time, either verbally or in writing.

Liability:
Nouvelle Body Clinic shall not be liable for any economic loss or special, indirect, or consequential damage arising from the provision of goods and/or services. Clients are responsible for providing all relevant medical details before each treatment. We are not liable for damage resulting from failure to disclose such details. Clients must follow all instructions and recommendations regarding post-treatment care.

Pricing:
Listed prices are approximate and subject to confirmation during consultation.

Customer Service:
We strive to exceed client expectations and provide exceptional service. If a client is dissatisfied, we request notification within 48 hours of their appointment. Adverse reactions must also be reported within this timeframe. We are committed to addressing complaints or concerns promptly.
